Dr. Britt Bovio

I am truly lucky to be a dentist, and enjoy coming to work every day. I like to challenge myself by tailoring basic dental principles to specifically fit the need of each patient. I have worked the past year in an inpatient facility providing dental care for severely disabled patients. This truly rewarding experience has helped me to become sensitive to every person’s needs, and helps me read non-verbal cues that communicate emotion or discomfort. I am learning something new every day, whether it is an emerging dental technology or a lesson in compassionate care.

A Lifelong Education

After graduating from Dental School, I have never stopped learning. I maintain my continuing education by attending annual national dental conventions and local study clubs. I focus my dental studies on the newest materials and proven techniques. My highest goal is to provide care for my patients that is efficient and comfortable, and my continuing education helps me ensure the best care possible.

In the Practice

Working in this practice is truly a joy! I love watching our patients grow and mature, and talking with them about their lives and interests. I am excited to live in a community I work in, and have the opportunity to see my patients and their families in my everyday life. I get to see their smiles and know I am making a difference in their lives!

My work requires the knowledge and abilities to ensure each patient attains and maintains optimal oral health, but it also enables me to teach each patient about proper home care. I enjoy talking with each patient about their overall health and lifestyle so I can fully understand the dental issues they may be encountering. Our staff and I take the time to speak with every patient about proper brushing and flossing habits so they are enabled and excited to keep their smile healthy!
